Geschichte

Die Stadt Motomiya wurde am 1. Januar 2007 aus der Vereinigung der Gemeinde Motomiya (本宮町, -machi) und dem Dorf Shirasawa (白沢村, -mura) des Landkreises Adachi gegründet.
