Geografie
Die Gemeinde Foville liegt südöstlich zwischen Metz und Château-Salins an der Grenze zum Département Meurthe-et-Moselle auf einer Höhe zwischen 214 und 357 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Das Gemeindegebiet umfasst 3,45 km².
Geschichte
Das kleine Dorf trug 1915–18 und 1940–44 den verdeutschten Namen Folkheim.
