Die MG Motor UK Ltd. ist ein Automobilhersteller aus dem Longbridge-Distrikt der Stadt Birmingham im Vereinigten Königreich Großbritannien und Nordirland. Das Unternehmen wurde am 12. April 2006 als Nachfolgeunternehmen der MG Cars Ltd. gegründet und ist zur Zeit eine einhundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. Bis in den Frühling des Jahres 2009 hinein war die englische Niederlassung unter dem Namen NAC MG UK Ltd. bekannt und gehörte der Nanjing Automobile Group an, welche mittlerweile von der SAIC aufgekauft worden ist. Rund 200 Arbeitnehmer sind derzeit in dem Montagewerk tätig.

Die Arbeit nahm das Unternehmen im August 2008 mit der Endmontage des MG TF LE500 auf. Im September 2010 kam als zweites Modell schließlich der MG 6 in der Karosserieform mit Fließheck hinzu. Zur Zeit befindnt sich unter anderem der MG 3 wie auch die zweite Generation des MG 5 im Gespräch, welche hier ebenfalls für den europäischen Markt montiert werden könnten.
