Morganza ist ein Dorf, welches sich im US-Bundesstaat Louisiana, am Mississippi River befindet.

John B. Fournet, welcher Sprecher im Louisiana House of Representatives ist, war Rektor der dortigen High School.

Morganza liegt am Westufer des Mississippi. Der Name der Stadt stammt von einer nicht weit entfernten ehemaligen Plantage ab. Die Mehrzahl der Bevölkerung sind Weiße.

Nur wenig flussaufwärts befindet sich der Morganza Spillway, ein Bauwerk zu Hochwasserentlastung für den Unterlauf des Mississipp River, auf dessen rechten, westlichen Ufer der Ort liegt.
