Eustis ist eine US-amerikanische Kleinstadt in Zentralflorida mit circa 15 000 Einwohnern und 40 Kirchen. Sie liegt am Lake Eustis, einem Teil der Lake Harris Seen-Kette ist. Im nahe gelegenen Ocala National Forest gibt es eine reichhaltige Fauna, vom Alligatoren über Schwarzbären bis Wasser-Moccasin-Schlangen. Die Stadt ist ländlich geprägt von Orangen-Plantagen, Pferde-Ranchen und Baumschulen. Orlando ist etwa eine Stunde Autofahrt entfernt, genau wie der Atlantik (Daytona Beach) und der Golf von Mexiko.
