Israel Katz (hebräisch: ישראל כץ, Jisra'el Katz; * 21. September 1955 in Aschkelon) ist ein israelischer Politiker, derzeit Mitglied der Knesset für die Likud-Partei und Israels Verkehrsminister.

Katz wurde in Aschkelon geboren und erwarb später einen Bachelor sowie anschließend einen Master an der hebräischen Universität Jerusalem. Katz ist seit 1996 Mitglied der Knesset und war von 2003 bis 2006 Israels Landwirtschaftsminister. Nach den Wahlen 2009 wurde er Verkehrsminister im Kabinett von Benjamin Netanjahu.
