Das German Law Journal ist eine amerikanische Online-Fachzeitschrift, die sich mit aktuellen Entwicklungen des deutschen, europäischen und internationalen Rechts befasst. Es erscheint monatlich und ist kostenlos.

Das German Law Journal wurde im Jahr 2000 von den heutigen Juraprofessoren und Chefredakteuren Russell A. Miller (University of Idaho) und Peer C. Zumbansen (York University) gegründet, die sich als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter am Bundesverfassungsgericht kennengelernt hatten. Ursprünglich war es als Newsletter mit englischen Anmerkungen zu deutschen Urteilen im zweimonatigen Rhythmus konzipiert.

Das German Law Journal wird von der Robert Bosch Stiftung gefördert. Wie bei amerikanischen Law Reviews üblich, arbeiten insbesondere Jurastudenten daran mit. Die Beiträge werden in einem Peer-Review-Verfahren ausgewählt.
