Epiphania in Syria (ital.: Epifania di Siria) ist ein Titularbistum der römisch-katholischen Kirche.

Es geht zurück auf einen früheren Bischofssitz Hama in der römischen Provinz Syria Coele bzw. Syria. Der Bischofssitz war der Kirchenprovinz Apamea in Syria zugeordnet.
