Dynamic Label Segment

Dynamic Label Segment (DLS), kurz Dynamic Label, sind digitale Begleitdaten, die – ähnlich zum Radiotext im Analogradio (UKW RDS) – von Digital-Radiosendern via DAB (und DAB+) ausgestrahlt werden. Pro Nachricht können maximal 128 Zeichen übertragen werden. Die einzelnen Segmente werden abwechselnd in der Anzeige des Digitalradios angezeigt.

Typische Dynamic Label-Inhalte sind zum Beispiel Nachrichten, der gerade gespielte Musiktitel und Interpret oder die Hotline-Telefonnummer des Radiosenders. Andere DAB-Begleitdaten sind Slideshows, Electronic Program Guide (EPG), TPEG Verkehrsinformationen oder Sendernamen.
