Acxiom Deutschland GmbH ist eine Tochter der Acxiom Corporation mit Sitz in Little Rock, Arkansas (USA). Als Dienstleister für kundenzentrisches Marketing unterstützt Acxiom Deutschland GmbH Unternehmen bei der Realisierung von Dialogmarketing und bei der raumbezogenen Marktbearbeitung.

Firmengeschichte

Die Mutterfirma, Acxiom Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM), wurde im Jahr 1969 unter dem Namen Demographics in Conway, Arkansas (USA) gegründet. Weltweit arbeiten über 6.500 Mitarbeiter in Niederlassungen in den USA sowie in Asien, Australien und mehreren Ländern Europas (Deutschland, Großbritannien, Frankreich, Niederlande, Polen und Portugal). Seit dem 26. Juli 2011 ist Scott E. Howe (vormals Vizepräsident der Advertising Business Groups von Microsoft) der neue CEO und Präsident der Acxiom Corporation.[1][2] Acxiom Deutschland GmbH ist im Jahr 2004 aus den Firmen Claritas (gegründet 1989) und Consodata (gegründet 1962 als pan-adress) hervorgegangen. Gegenwärtig arbeiten für das Unternehmen ca. 150 Mitarbeiter an den beiden Standorten Neu-Isenburg bei Frankfurt/Main und München.
