Moncef Bey (eigentl. Muhammad al-Munsif Bey) (* 4. März 1881; † 1. September 1948 in Pau (Frankreich) war 1942–1943 Bey von Tunis und vorletzter Vertreter der husainidischen Dynastie.

Moncef Bey wird heutzutage als eine der Hauptfiguren der nationalistischen Bewegung anerkannt, die später zur Unabhängigkeit Tunesiens (1956) führte. Er wurde am 7. Mai 1943 von den freien Franzosen de Gaulles unter dem Vorwurf, Sympathisant des Vichy-Regimes zu sein, abgesetzt[1] und durch Lamine Bey ersetzt. Seine kurze Regierungszeit ist vom Kampf gegen die Korruption sowie von der Verteidigung der verfolgten Juden geprägt.
