Mary Proctor (* 1862, Dublin[1]; † 11. September 1957[2]) war eine in Irland geborene US-amerikanische Astronomin und Schriftstellerin.

Sie war die Tochter von Richard Anthony Proctor, einem bekannten Autor. Wie ihr Vater schrieb Mary Proctor viele Artikel für Zeitungen und verfasste eine Reihe populärwissenschaftlicher astronomischer Werke.

Zu ihrem Gedenken wurde ein Impaktkrater auf dem Mond benannt (der Krater Proctor auf dem Mars wurde nach ihrem Vater benannt).[3]
