Marcus Sedgwick

Marcus Sedgwick (* 1968 in Kent) ist ein britischer Jugendbuchautor.

Marcus Sedgwick war Buchhändler und Verlagslektor, bevor er sich aufs Schreiben verlegte. Seit 1994 verfasst er hauptsächlich Jugendromane. Neben dem Schreiben ist sein größtes Hobby die Anfertigung von Holzschnitten, mit denen er auch einige seiner Bücher selbst illustriert hat. Außerdem spielt er in einer Abba-Revival-Band Gitarre.

Sedgwick schreibt Fantasy- und Gruselromane.
