Land’s End (kornisch Penn an Wlas [KK], Pen an Wlas [UCR]), in der Nähe von Penzance, Cornwall gelegen, ist eine Landzunge und der westlichste Punkt Englands auf der Hauptinsel Großbritanniens. Etwa 45 km südwestlich gelegen sind die Scilly-Inseln, der westlichste Punkt Englands, die bei klarem Wetter zu sehen sind. Weiterhin sichtbar ist der ca. 2 km südlich gelegene Longship Leuchtturm, der auf einer vorgelagerten, aus Quarzit und Serpentinit bestehenden Insel gelegen ist.

Land’s End ist wegen der geographischen Lage oftmals Ausgangspunkt von Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren, Reisen usw. quer durch Großbritannien. Das Gegenstück dazu ist John o’ Groats, der (angeblich) nördlichste Punkt auf der Hauptinsel Großbritanniens. Große Entfernungen werden in Großbritannien oft mit der Metapher „von Land’s End bis John o’ Groats“ beschrieben.

Der Legende nach soll das versunkene Land Lyonesse zwischen Land’s End und den Scilly-Inseln gelegen haben.

In Land’s End befinden sich ein touristisch ausgerichteter Themenpark und ein Flugplatz, außerdem ist es bis heute ein Schiffsfriedhof, so sieht man das Wrack der 2003 gestrandeten RMS Mülheim; viele weitere gesunkene Schiffe liegen unberührt unter der Wasseroberfläche und ziehen Taucher an.
