Der Palmenwein Tuba ist ein alkoholhaltiges philippinisches Nationalgetränk.

Es wird aus dem Blütennektar von den Blütenstängeln der Kokospalme gewonnen. Pro Woche und Palme erhält man ca. 1 Liter der Flüssigkeit. Nachdem der Saft fermentiert und vergärt wird, wird er unter dem Namen Tuba getrunken. Sein Geruch ist stark säuerlich bis übel. Seine Alkoholwirkung wird als stark beschrieben.

Destilliert wird er Lambanog genannt.
