Analog Devices Inc. ist ein Halbleiterhersteller mit Hauptsitz in Norwood bei Boston, Massachusetts. Das Unternehmen betreibt weltweit Niederlassungen, die europäischen Niederlassungen liegen in Limerick (Irland) und in München.

Die Firma wurde 1965 in Cambridge (Massachusetts) gegründet und die Produktpalette umfasst neben analogen Schaltungen auch digitale Prozessoren. Mit ihren Analog-zu-Digital-Umsetzern (ADC) hat sich die Firma einen festen Platz in der Industrie gesichert. Unter der Bezeichnung SoundMAX gehören auch Audio CODECs für Professional- und Consumer-PCs zum Programm.
