Josiane Balasko (* 15. April 1950 in Paris; gebürtig Josiane Balasković) ist eine französische Schauspielerin, Regisseurin und Drehbuchautorin.

Die Tochter kroatisch-jüdischer Eltern absolvierte eine klassische Schauspielausbildung bei Tania Balachova. 1975 schloss sie sich der Schauspieltruppe Le Splendid an und trat in den Pariser café-théatres auf.

Roman Polański entdeckte sie für den Film. In Deutschland ist sie vor allem aus Bertrand Bliers Spielfilm Zu schön für Dich als Sekretärin Colette bekannt. Sie arbeitete weiterhin für das Theater und begann eigene Bühnenstücke zu schreiben. Sowohl beim Theater als auch beim Film führte sie selbst Regie.
