Amou ist eine Gemeinde im französischen Département Landes, das zur Region Aquitanien gehört. Es liegt im äußersten Süden des Départements und hat 1573 Einwohner (Stand 1. Januar 2008). Es ist Hauptort des Kantons Amou innerhalb des Arrondissements Dax.

Amou liegt im Flusstal des Luy de Béarn, eines Quellflusses des Luy.
