Jeff Hanneman (* 31. Januar 1964 in Oakland, Kalifornien, USA) ist Gitarrist bei der Thrash-Metal-Band Slayer.

Er ist der primäre Autor der wichtigsten Slayer-Songs wie Angel of Death und Raining Blood (beide Teil des Albums Reign in Blood). Wegen seiner Vorliebe für Nazi- und Kriegs-Memorabilia stand er teilweise im Verdacht einer rechtsradikalen Gesinnung. Er benutzt Marshall-Verstärker, Jackson-Gitarren und seine eigens für ihn entwickelte ESP-Gitarre. Er ist verheiratet und hat fünf Kinder.
