I’m Old Fashioned ist eine Komposition von Jerome Kern, mit dem Text von Johnny Mercer aus dem Jahr 1942.

Der Song wurde für den Film Du warst nie berückender (You Were Never Lovelier, 1942) geschrieben, in dem er von Nan Wynn (an Stelle der Schauspielerin Rita Hayworth) und Fred Astaire gesungen wurde. Die erste Aufnahme des Titels erschien 1942 von Astaire, begleitet von John Scott Trotter und seinem Orchester.

Durch Aufnahmen von Ella Fitzgerald (Ella Fitzgerald Sings the Jerome Kern Songbook, 1963), John Coltrane (Blue Train, 1957) sowie von Stan Getz, und Chet Baker, Art Farmer, Oscar Peterson, Bud Shank, Bob Brookmeyer und andere wurde der Titel zu einem Jazzstandard. Keith Jarretts Standards Trio nahm ihn 1995 bei ihren Live-Auftritten im Blue Note auf.
