Hyphaema (von griechisch ὑπό hypo (unter) und αἷμα haima (Blut)) ist in der Augenheilkunde eine Blutansammlung in der vorderen Augenkammer. Sie kann Folge einer Verletzung, akuter hämorrhagischen Iritis oder Infektion sein. Bei aufrechter Kopfhaltung zeigt sich die Blutansammlung beim Hyphaema als horizontaler Spiegel.
