Giresun Adası (Aretias)

Giresun Adası ist eine kleine, bewohnte türkische Insel im Schwarzen Meer. Sie liegt etwa vier Kilometer nordöstlich der Küstenstadt Giresun. Giresun Adası ist auch unter dem antiken Namen Aretias bekannt. Im Mittelalter befand sich hier ein kleines byzantinisches Kloster. Die Überreste dieses Klosters sind heute noch auf der Insel zu sehen.
