Gallimard

Die Éditions Gallimard sind ein angesehenes französischen Verlagshaus, das zweitgrößte landesweit, mit Stammsitz in Paris. Gegründet wurde es 1911 von Gaston Gallimard als Les Éditions de la Nouvelle Revue Française (NRF) aus der damals drei Jahre alten Zeitschrift Nouvelle Revue Française. Daraus leitet sich das stilisierte Logo nrf ab, das auch heute noch auf vielen Titeln des Verlags zu finden ist. Die Éditions Gallimard werden heute vom Enkel des Gründers, Antoine Gallimard, geführt.
