Federazija (russisch Федерация; dt. Föderation) ist der Name eines seit 2004 im Bau befindlichen Wolkenkratzers im neuen Moskauer Stadtteil Moscow City.

Der Gebäudekomplex setzt sich aus zwei Türmen zusammen, von denen einer 360 Meter (mit Antenne 440 m[1]) und 93 Etagen hoch sein wird, und der andere 243 m sowie 62 Etagen. Beide Türme haben offizielle Namen bekommen: „Wostok“ und „Sapad“ (deutsch „Osten“ und „Westen“ bzw. „Orient“ und „Okzident“). Der Komplex soll laut Plan im Jahr 2009 fertiggestellt werden. Bei seiner Fertigstellung wird Federazija das höchste Hochhaus Europas sein und den Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt am Main um 101 Meter, mit Antenne um 140 Meter an Höhe übertreffen.

Architekten des Gebäudes sind der Berliner Sergei Tchoban und der Hamburger Peter Schweger. Die Baukosten betragen rund 390 Millionen Euro. Das Gebäude wird in den oberen beiden Etagen Restaurants, eine Aussichtsplattform und einen Fitnessclub mit Schwimmbad beinhalten. 30 Etagen wird die russische Bank „WTB“, die 50 % der Investitionssumme finanziert, für sich in Anspruch nehmen. Daneben ist ein großer Teil des höheren Turmes für das Luxushotel Grand Hyatt Moscow reserviert.
