Die Fachmesse Expo Real (Eigenschreibweise EXPO REAL) ist die größte europäische Messe für Gewerbeimmobilien und Investitionen und findet seit 1998 jährlich Anfang Oktober auf dem Gelände der Neuen Messe München statt. Veranstalter ist die Messe München International. Ausstellungsschwerpunkte sind die Bereiche Immobilienprojektentwicklung, -beratung, -investition und -finanzierung.

Die Expo Real 2010 fand auf einer Ausstellungsfläche von etwa 64.000 m² statt. Es stellten 1.645 Unternehmen aus 35 Ländern aus. Auf die Messe kamen rund 37.000 Teilnehmer - 21.000 Fachbesucher aus 71 Ländern und 16.000 Repräsentanten der Aussteller. Zusätzlich gab es ein umfangreiches Konferenzprogramm mit 500 Referenten. Die nächste EXPO REAL findet vom 4. bis 6. Oktober 2011 statt.[1]
