Die EXPRESS Logistics Carriers (ELC) (EXpedite the PRocessing of Experiments to the Space Station) sind externe Behälter[1][2] für Experimente und Ersatzteile auf der Internationalen Raumstation ISS.

Die ersten beiden, ELC-1 und ELC-2, sollen 2009 mit der Space-Shuttle-Mission STS-129 zur ISS transportiert werden. ELC-3 und ELC-4 sollen 2010 mit der Shuttlemission STS-133 folgen. Während ELC-1 an dem P3-Element der Integrated Truss Structure montiert werden sollen, befestigt man die anderen drei am gegenüberliegenden S3-Truss.

Zur Familie der EXPRESS-Elemente gehören auch die Racks[3] im Inneren der Raumstation.
