Epupa (Otjiherero für: Fallendes Wasser) ist eine Wahlkreis mit 12.816 Einwohnern im äußersten Nordwesten Namibias.[1] in der Region Kunene.

Epupa liegt am Kunene-Fluss im Gebiet der Himba; nach dem Gebiet sind die nahegelegenen Epupafälle benannt.
