Elizabeth Jean Barker, Baroness Barker (* 31. Januar 1961) ist eine britische Politikerin (Liberal Democrats).
Leben und Karriere
Barker arbeitete zwischen 1983 und 2007 für Age Concern. Sie wurde 1999 zum Life Peer erhoben. Bei den Liberaldemokraten ist sie Sprecherin für Gesundheitsfragen. Seit 2007 ist sie stellvertretende Vorsitzende der People with Complex Needs and Dual Diagnosis Group.
