Elektronenstrahlschmelzen (Electron Beam Melting, EBM) oder auch Elektronenstrahlsintern ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von metallischen Bauteilen.

Durch einen Elektronenstrahl als Energiequelle wird ein Metallpulver gezielt aufgeschmolzen, wodurch kompakte Bauteile nahezu beliebiger Geometrie direkt aus den Konstruktionsdaten hergestellt werden können.
