ECA International ist ein Beratungsunternehmen, das Unternehmen mit Informationen versorgt, die für Auslandsentsendungen von Mitarbeitern erforderlich sind – zum Beispiel zu Lebenshaltungskosten, zu Gehaltsstrukturen oder zur Lebensqualität an weltweit bis zu 370 Standorten. Zudem berät ECA International seine Klienten in organisatorischen Fragen rund um solche Auslandsentsendungen (Expatriate Management) und hilft dabei, entsprechende Entsendungsprozesse zu entwickeln. Die Abkürzung ECA steht für „Employment Conditions Abroad“ (dt.: Beschäftigungsbedingungen im Ausland).

Geschichte

ECA International wurde 1971 von verschiedenen international agierenden Unternehmen gegründet, um den gegenseitigen Austausch von HR-relevanten Informationen zu erleichtern. Derzeit arbeitet ECA International für mehr als 1.500 Unternehmen.

Zu den Gesellschaftern gehören unter anderem die Deutsche Bank, Robert Bosch, Fujitsu Services, Heineken, Philips und Rolls-Royce.
