Die Duquesne University ist eine private, katholische Universität in Pittsburgh im US-Bundesstaat Pennsylvania. Die Hochschule wurde 1878 unter dem Namen Pittsburgh Catholic College of the Holy Ghost (lateinisch Universitas Spiritus Sancti Duquesnensis) gegründet.
