Cinelli-Down Under ist ein belgisches Radsportteam mit australischer Lizenz.

Die Mannschaft besaß von 2005 bis 2006 eine britische Lizenz als Continental Team und 2007 hatten sie den Status eines Professional Continental Teams. Seit 2008 haben sie wieder den Status eines Continental Teams mit australischer Lizenz. Sie nehmen hauptsächlich an Rennen der UCI Europe und Oceania Tour teil. Manager ist Gilbert De Weerdt und als Sportlicher Leiter stehen ihm Rudi Dubois, Eddy De Weerdt und Nico Mattan zur Seite. Der Sponsor Cyclingnews.com ist eine englischsprachige Internetseite mit Radsportergebnissen und JAKO ist ein deutscher Sportartikelhersteller. Die Mannschaft wird mit Fahrrädern der Marke Fuga ausgestattet.
