Dao Bac (* 1955 oder 1956) ist ein amerikanisch-vietnamesischer professioneller Pokerspieler aus Garden Grove, Kalifornien. Bei der World Series of Poker 2007 erreichte er den ersten Platz im 1.000 $ S.H.O.E.-Turnier, womit er sich zum Weltmeister dieser Variante krönte. S.H.O.E. ist eine gemischte Variante, die aus Seven Card Stud, Limit Hold’em, Omaha Hold’em und Seven Card Stud Stud Eight or Better besteht.

Bac wurde in Vietnam geboren, wanderte aber 1989 in die Vereinigten Staaten aus. Bis 2007 gewann Bac über 550.000 $ bei offiziellen Pokerturnieren.
