SteinBaukosten: US-$ 500 Mio. Der Four Times Square (auch bekannt als Conde Nast Building), ist ein Wolkenkratzer am Times Square von Manhattan, dessen Bau im Januar des Jahres 2000 vollendet wurde. Das Gebäude trägt auch den Namen von Condé Nast Publications, einer US-amerikanischen Verlagsgruppe, deren Flaggschiff das Magazin Vogue ist.
Die nutzbare Bürofläche beträgt 164.284 m² [1]. Das Gebäude zählt 48 Etagen und ist 247 Meter hoch. Somit ist es derzeit das zwölfthöchste Gebäude New Yorks und das 42-höchste der USA. Würde der nach der Zerstörung des World Trade Centers auf dem Dach erbaute 91 m hohe Fernseh- und Radiosendemast mit eingerechnet, wäre es mit 341 m Höhe nach dem Empire State Building und dem Bank of America Tower das dritthöchste Gebäude New Yorks.
In der nordwestlichen Ecke des Gebäudes ist die NASDAQ, die größte amerikanische Börse, untergebracht.
Besitzer des Gebäudes ist die Durst Organization. Geplant wurde es von den Architekten Fox & Fowle.
