Anthony „Tony“ Joseph Gaffney junior (* 14. November 1984) ist ein US-amerikanischer professioneller Basketballspieler. Zur Saison 2011/2012 wechselte er nach Deutschland und unterschrieb einen Vertrag bei den Telekom Baskets Bonn. Zuvor spielte er für die Utah Flash in der NBA Development League.

Nach seinem Uni-Abschluss meldete sich Gaffney zum Draft der NBA an. Er wurde aber von keinem Team im Draft ausgewählt. Über das Trainingscamp der Boston Celtics erhielt er aber schließlich einen Vertrag über die Saison 2009/2010. Dort konnte er mit den Celtics bis in Finale der NBA-Meisterschaft vordringen. Dort unterlagen die Celtics den Los Angeles Lakers.
