Telz, ein märkisches Dorf, ist Ortsteil der Stadt Mittenwalde im Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald, im Bundesland Brandenburg der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

Geographie

Lage

Telz liegt vor der südöstlichen Stadtgrenze von Berlin und ist von dort über die Bundesautobahnen 113 und 13 zu erreichen, die zweite (Mittenwalde) oder dritte (Bestensee) Abfahrt nach dem Autobahnkreuz Schönefeld.

Nordöstlich des Ortes liegt Mittenwalde, südöstlich grenzt es an Zossen und westlich liegen Rangsdorf und Zossen.

Direkt südlich vom Dorf befindet sich der Nottekanal, an dem teilweise die Grenze zur Nachbargemeinde Zossen verläuft.

Geschichte

Telz wurde am 26. Oktober 2003 nach Mittenwalde eingemeindet.[1]
