Soe (Soë) ist die Hauptstadt des Regierungsbezirk (Kabupaten) Südzentraltimor (Provinz Nusa Tenggara Timur) im indonesischen Teil Westtimors. Die Stadt hat etwa 27.700 Einwohner (2004).[1] Die Meereshöhe beträgt hier etwa 800 m.

Soe ist ein Ausgangspunkt für Touristen für Ausflüge in Westtimor, zum Beispiel zum nördlich gelegenen höchsten Berg Westtimors, dem Mutis.
