Tharman Shanmugaratnam (Tamil: தர்மன் சண்முகரத்தினம்; * 1957 in Singapur) ist ein singapurischer Politiker. Seit 2007 ist er Finanzminister, seit 2011 noch dazu Minister für das Personalwesen. Vor 2007 war er auch Bildungsminister.[1]

Tharman Shanmugaratnam ist mit Jane Yumiko Ittogi, einer Anwältin chinesisch-japanischer Herkunft, mit der er 4 Kinder (drei Söhne sowie eine Tochter) hat, verheiratet.
