Das Royal Hospital Chelsea ist ein Alters- und Pflegeheim in London für britische Soldaten.

Das Heim wurde 1681 von König Charles II gegründet. Es bietet Platz für rund 300 Pensionäre, seit 2009 auch für Frauen.

Das Gebäude wurde vom Architekten Christopher Wren entworfen. Die ersten Pensionäre zogen 1692 ein. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich auch die öffentlichen Ranelagh Gardens, in denen seit 1913 jeweils die Chelsea Flower Show stattfindet.

Das Wappen des FC Chelsea zeigte bis 1952 einen Pensionär des Royal Hospital Chelsea.
