Noel Treanor

Noel Treanor (Noël Treanor) (* 25. Dezember 1950 in Silverstream, County Monaghan) ist ein römisch-katholischer Bischof in Irland.

Leben

Nach seiner Schulzeit an der St. Brigid’s National School in Drumcong, County Leitrim, studierte Treanor katholische Theologie in Maynooth. Treanor wurde am 13. Juni 1976 in Irland zum Priester ordiniert. Am 22. Februar 2008 wurde Treanor als Nachfolger von Patrick Walsh zum Bischof von Down und Connor ernannt.
