Neurology (bibliographischer Eintrag gemäß Index Medicus: Neurology) ist eine medizinische Fachzeitschrift. Die Beiträge durchlaufen ein Peer-Review-Verfahren und behandeln alle Teilgebiete der Neurologie. Die Zeitschrift erscheint wöchentlich und wird von Lippincott Williams & Wilkins herausgegeben. Neurology ist die Zeitschrift der American Academy of Neurology (AAN) und wird seit 1951 verlegt. Der Impact Factor von Neurology beträgt 8,17 (Stand 2009).

Im November 2010 wurde das Supplement Neurology: Clinical Practice (NCP) erstmals herausgegeben. Eine weitere Ausgabe ist geplant, die Fortführung als eigenständige Fachzeitschrift der AAN macht sich am Erfolg der Projektes fest. Das Heft fokussiert sich auf Beiträge für klinisch tätige Neurologen, darunter ethische Problemfälle, Fallberichte und gesundheitspolitische Entwicklungen.[1]
