Michael Vincent Paschal Rowland OFM (* 18. März 1929 in Grays) ist Altbischof von Dundee.

Leben

Michael Vincent Paschal Rowland trat der Ordensgemeinschaft der Franziskaner bei und empfing am 21. März 1953 die Priesterweihe. Johannes Paul II. ernannte ihn am 17. März 1983 zum Bischof von Dundee.

Der Bischof von Kokstad Wilfrid Fox Napier OFM spendete ihm am 17. September desselben Jahres die Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren waren Denis Eugene Hurley OMI, Erzbischof von Durban, und Mansuet Dela Biyase, Bischof von Eshowe.

Am 30. September 2005 nahm Papst Benedikt XVI. seinen altersbedingten Rücktritt an.
