Thierry Meyssan (* 18. Mai 1957 in Talence, Gironde) ist ein kontrovers diskutierter französischer Journalist und politischer Aktivist.

Er ist der Autor einer Untersuchung bezüglich der rechtsextremen Partei Front National (Frankreich).[1] Zudem ist er nach eigenen Angaben homosexuell, und tritt gegen die Diskriminierung Homosexueller ein.[2]

Große Aufmerksamkeit erregte sein 2002 veröffentlichtes Buch 11. September 2001. Der inszenierte Terrorismus. Auftakt zum Weltenbrand? (Originaltitel: L'effroyable imposture), in welchem er alternative Thesen zu den Terroranschlägen vom 11. September 2001 formulierte. Siehe dazu auch
