Michał Kozal (* 25. September 1893 in Nowy Folwark, Polen; † 26. Januar 1943 in Dachau) ist ein heilig gesprochener Weihbischof.

Kozal erhielt 1918 seine Priesterweihe. Am 10. Juni 1939 wurde er zum Weihbischof in Włocławek sowie zum Titularbischof von Lappa ernannt.

Bekannt wurde er durch seine Umsetzung des christlichen Glaubens und der Aufopferung. Kozal starb den Hungertod auf Grund dessen, dass er seine Essensrationen mit Mithäftlingen teilte. Oft wird er mit Maximilian Kolbe in einem Atemzug genannt. Die Heiligsprechung erfolgte am 14. Juni 1987 in Warschau durch Papst Johannes Paul II.
