Die Indian Ocean Island Games (auch franz. als Jeux des îles de l'océan Indien bezeichnet) sind eine Multisportveranstaltung von Inseln im Südwesten des Indischen Ozeans. Sie finden gegenwärtig aller vier Jahre statt, wobei derzeit Mauritius, die Seychellen, die Komoren, Madagaskar, Mayotte, Réunion und die Malediven teilnehmende Länder sind.
