Catalão ist eine Gemeinde (Municipio) im zentralen Bundesstaat Goiás in Brasilien.

Catalão befindet sich in der Mesoregion Sul Goiano und der Microregion Catalão. Im Jahr 2006 betrug die Bevölkerung schätzungsweise 75.623 Einwohner. Bei einer Ausdehnung der Gemeinde von 3.777 km² ergibt sich eine Bevölkerungsdichte von 20 Einwohner/km².

Catalão liegt in der Nähe des Emborcação-Stausees. Im Ort befindet sich ein Montagewerk von Mitsubishi und eine Fabrik von John Deere.
