Casper [kæspɚ] ist mit rund 52.000 Einwohnern (2005) nach der Hauptstadt Cheyenne die zweitgrößte Stadt im US-Bundesstaat Wyoming. Die Stadt ist County Seat von Natrona County und liegt am North Platte River am Fuße der Casper Mountains. Wirtschaftliche Schwerpunkte von Casper sind die Förderung und Raffinierung von Erdöl sowie die großflächige Rinder- und Schafzucht.

12 km westlich der Stadt liegt der Natrona County International Airport.
