Die Chiesa del Gesù (auch Casa Professa genannt) ist eine Kirche in Palermo. Sie steht an der Piazza Casa Professa und ist die älteste Kirche der Jesuiten auf Sizilien.

Das Kirchengebäude mit kreuzförmigem Grundriss wurde ab 1564 errichtet und im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert erweitert und ausgebaut. Das Äußere des Bauwerks wurde eher schlicht gehalten, der Innenraum prunkvoll im Barockstil ausgeschmückt. Der Reichtum an Stuckreliefs und bunten Marmorintarsien, an Skulpturen, Fresken und Gemälden ist typisch für barocke Jesuitenkirchen. Am Ausbau waren zahlreiche sizilianische Bildhauer und Maler beteiligt, u.a. auch Pietro Novelli, dessen Fresken in einer Seitenkapelle zu sehen sind.

1943 wurde das Bauwerk durch Bombenangriffe schwer beschädigt, anschließend aufwändig restauriert. Hinter der Kirche liegt das Jesuitenhaus, die Casa Professa, in dem sich heute die Stadtbibliothek befindet.
