Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) ist ein US-amerikanisches Unternehmen mit Firmensitz in Nashville, Tennessee.

HCA besitzt in den Vereinigten Staaten und im Vereinigten Königreich verschiedene Immobilien von Krankenhäusern. Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen 1968. Gegenwärtig wird das Unternehmen von Richard M. Bracken geleitet. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt als Krankenhausbetreiber rund 180.000 Mitarbeiter.

HCA gehört den US-amerikanischen Unternehmen Bain Capital und KKR, die das Unternehmen im November 2006 für insgesamt 21 Mrd. Dollar übernommen haben.[1] 2010 brachten diese Unternehmen HCA an die Börse.
