Arab American Vehicles (abgekürzt: AAV) ist ein ägyptischer Automobilhersteller mit Firmensitz in Kairo. AAV ist ein Joint-Venture zwischen der Arab Organization for Industrialization zu 51 % sowie zu 49 % von der amerikanischen Chrysler Group LLC.

1977 wurde das Unternehmen als Rüstungsbetrieb und Automobilhersteller gegründet. Am 14. Dezember 1978 begann das Unternehmen mit der Produktion militärischer und ziviler Pkw's. Später wurden einige Modelle unter verschiedenen Joint-Ventures in Auftragslage hergestellt. Da einige dieser Modelle jedoch parallel auch als Importfahrzeug erhältlich waren oder aber auch von anderen ägyptischen Produzenten hergestellt wurden, entschied sich AAV den Modellnamen entsprechend zu ergänzen, um sich von den anderen Produkten zu unterscheiden. Einzige speziell für die auf den ägyptischen Markt angepassten Modelle sind die J-Modelle.

Auf Grund vieler durch Audits eingeholter Berichte ist die AAV zurzeit wegen mangelnder Qualität mit Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen beschäftigt um ihre geplante Werksvergrößerung zu realisieren. Die Produktionszahlen sind innerhalb der letzten drei Jahre auf 17.600 Einheiten/Jahr gesunken, was eine Auslastungskapazität von gerade einmal 45 bis 47 Prozent bedeutet. Das Werksgelände umfasst derzeit 120.000 m².

Die Arab American Vehicles verwendet in der Fahrzeug-Identifikationsnummer die Herstellercodes DA1, DA2 und DA4.
